KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
? Perform supplier quality assurance activities according to the QA standard procedures
按照公司的标准QA流程执行供应商质量保证活动
? Verify that the activities relevant to the products and services provision are in accordance with the defined processes and procedures
验证与提供产品和服务相关的活动符合公司定义的标准过程和流程
? Conduct in-process audits on supplier qualification
对供应商资质认定进行过程审核
? Perform process audit on supplier service providing
对供应商的服务提供过程进行审核
? Work with project team and follow-up the identified actions when necessary to ensure high quality product/system release 与项目团队协作，跟踪识别出的改进措施，保证发布的产品/系统的质量
? Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in process improvement activities based on CMMI and ISO9001. 识别过程改进机会并参与基于CMMI和ISO9001的过程改进活动
? Keeps abreast of relevant technological developments.
        紧跟相关的科技发展

? Perform Quality Assessment of new Supplier/ Subcontractors and provide report.
评估新供应商，并提供相应报告
? Perform Quality Re- Assessment of existing supplier/ subcontractors and provide report.
评估现有供应商，并提供相应报告
? Provides supplier quality support for all purchase activities 对采购活动提供质量支持
? Perform Supplier Quality Audit for all potential and existing suppliers / subcontractors. Record audit observations, findings, deficiencies.供应商质量审核,记录所有发现问题
? Issues formal SCARs to supplier and creates Audit Report after supplier quality audit
     审核后提出供应商审核纠正要求，并出审核报告
? Conduct external audit on consortium partners/suppliers 对联合体的合作伙伴和供应商执行外部审核
Other tasks the immediate manager/supervisor assigned to 直属经理/主管安排的其他工作:
? To be familiar with the organizational standard processes defined by EPG
要熟悉公司过程改进组定义的组织标准过程
? To be familiar with the feature and particularity of RSS business and projects
要熟悉地铁信号系统的业务和项目特性
? To identify the nonconformities and direct relevant people to correct and improve them
要能够识别不符合项并指导相关人员进行纠正和改进
? To has good communication skill to make the opposing party to accept your suggestions
要有很好的沟通技巧让对方接受你的改进建议
? To become a highly productive member and team player.

? To be able to work efficiently and shoot troubles effectively under pressure or in emergency case

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
? B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
    电气工程、机械工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科
? 3 - 5 years relevant working experience.
    3 - 5年相关工作经验
? Fluent in written and verbal English language
    流利的书面和口头英语
? Familiar with basic PC software tools, including word processing and spreadsheets.
    熟悉基本的电脑软件工具，如文字处理和电子表格
? Good communication and documentation skills.
很好的沟通和文档编写技能
? Good team worker

? Rich QA experience and strong QA skill
丰富的质量保证工作经验和扎实的QA技能
? Working knowledge of supplier quality standards and have practices on supplier quality audit
了解供应商质量标准，有供应商质量审核实践经验
? Experience in electronic and Mechanical manufacture
有电子、机械制造方面经验
? Knowledge of local electrical design standards
国内电气设计标准的知识
? High degree of investigation, attention to detail and problem solver
很强的发现、调查和解决问题能力
? Internal Auditor of ISO 9000 is preferred
