职位描述：
Responsibilities
？ Data collection through secondary and selective primary research, maintain real estate database;
？ Conduct market research and prepare specified parts of deliverables, e.g. reports in Word, PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets;
？ Perform specified analyses under guidance from senior colleagues;
？ Active participation in and contribution to teamwork with others to deal with project-specific issues;
？ Help proofread reports written in English ;
？ Write reports

Skills & Experience
？ Native English speaker; Mandarin is a plus
？ Bachelor degree or above; Major in Business related preferred
？ Good analytical skills, critical thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to apply logic in writing
？ Competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
？ Good knowledge of the real estate market
