Job Summary:
The Survey Programmer is responsible for the quality of online surveys and the integrity of the data collected for our clients throughout the Asia Pacific.
The Survey Programmer works closely with the Project Manager throughout the programming lifecycle to ensure all client needs are met on budget and in a timely manner. Troubleshooting, vendor management, and quality control are the main focus for the Programmer.

Roles/Responsibilities:
The role incorporates the following elements:
- Creating/Amending/Altering online surveys using Decipher/ Dimensions survey software
- Troubleshoot and program online surveys in Decipher/ Dimensions
- Consult with clients on technical requirements
- Perform quality control testing for online surveys for appearance, logic, and data requirements
- Manage a vendor for portions of the project lifecycle
- Attend kick-off meetings, provide feasibility recommendations, survey best practice recommendations.
- Work to budget and timing adjustments to the Project Manager
- Proactively suggest questionnaire design improvements to clients.
- Working with outsourced programming team
- Incorporate Images, video and other requested files into online surveys
- Provide input to create technical efficiencies within the programming team.
- Partner with project management, online panel and sales teams to execute field in line with All Global best practices.
- Additional task as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years programming experience with XHTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Computer Science or IT degrees ideal
- Ability to develop rapport with project managers and maintain strong working relationships.
- Knowledge of web based survey tools Decipher/ Dimensions/ Confirmit, SQL, HTML, Java, Adobe Flash
- Superior Knowledge with technological tools including Excel, SPSS
- Ability to understand programming language using Decipher/ Dimensions/ Confirmit
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to understand complex challenges, evaluate and set priorities, and develop creative and practical solutions
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
