职位要求：
"1.8年以上发动机（航空发动机、地面或船用燃气轮机等）强度分析工作经验；
2.本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历优先；
3.善于总结技术经验，具有很好的撰写技术报告或论文的能力，并富有学术交流的经历和经验，能熟练阅读本专业英文资料，有一定的英语口语交流能力，能较好地理解英文技术讲座和报告；
4.具备较丰富的强度分析知识经验和独立开展工作的能力；
5.能够解决复杂的技术问题；
6.优良的团队协作精神和组织协调能力；
7.熟悉有限元理论和方法，能够指导机械系统部件的强度分析工作并进行技术把关；
8.能进行传动系统与强度相关的试验策划、实施和分析总结；
9. 熟悉Ansys或Nastran/Patran等商用有限元软件。" 举报 分享
