Responsibilities:

· Communicate effectively through verbal and written means with suppliers and internal customers where necessary;

· Identify and understand supplier capabilities; acquire detailed information regarding sourcing projects; negotiate commercial terms; follow-up PO related activities;

· Work with colleagues to choose the best suppliers for the company;

· Achieve cost saving through cost analysis and negotiation with suppliers;

· Identify cost reduction and risk management opportunities for the categories of spend identified for the role, developing these opportunities into real improvements for the business;

· Constantly strive for process improvement opportunities within the Non-Production Purchasing function through proposing changes to Management, and where appropriate, driving these improvement opportunities forward.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor or Master Degree;

· 3 years or above work experience in Multi-national company or related field;

· Good knowledge of FMSP and supply base;

· Pro-active, independent working ability;

· Good English (written and spoken) language skills, good communication (in verbal and written) skills;

· Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.).
