Position:
Supply Planner Assistant

Location:
Shanghai Office

Primary Responsibilities:
1) Product Planning :
- Communicate with Callaway Golf HQ, Callaway Golf Subsidiaries and third party sourcing companies for production schedules and lead times, monitoring the status of sales orders, productions and shipments.
- Review, manage and analyze the production quantity and schedule in line with company forecast, inventory, open orders and business requirements.
- Place PO’s to vendors based on authorized PO requisition.
- Analyze data, including, but not limited to open orders, back orders, forecast, on-hand stock, in-transit and open PO’s to determine the purchase quantity of both finished goods and components.
- Closely work with Marketing and assist product developments, vendor communication.
- Determine method of shipment and inform vendors of shipping instructions.
- Responsible for release of production and purchase orders based above analysis to ensure sufficient inventory, providing weekly availability reports to Sales and Marketing Departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

2) Import / Export Management :
- Responsible for preparing paperwork for import shipments, coordinating and communicating details with shipper and recipient.
- Responsible for working with outside vendors for shipping coordination, track incoming shipments, and make preparations for their arrival.
- Responsible for reviewing Customs import and export entries for accuracy and compliance with regards to value, product classifications and vendor compliance.
- Daily communication with outside Customs Broker/3PL vendor to manage compliance of import entry process.
- Responsible for preparing, reporting and updating import status and information to key related parties.
- Responsible for filing all import and export documents in compliance to internal procedures, laws and regulations.
- Responsible for creating, analyzing and managing cost simulations for freight and lead times. Also assist in determining best method for freight movement.
- Responsible for developing, filing and reporting the actual costs related to importation and exportation.
- Other duties as assigned.
