职位描述：
- Checking the payment applications and invoices received.
- Accepts cash, checks or bank acceptance for payment, completes check and bank transactions according to established process
- Update cash & bank status on daily basis
- Maintain the payment application files for foreign currency
- Issuing VAT invoices and receipts against payments
- Maintain the records of invoices properly.
- AP/AR payment and recording for both IC and thirds
- Maintain the records in SAP
- Assist accounting team leader to final the monthly accounting reports in SAP.
- Weekly cash flow statement to management
- Checking the payments need to be charged back to OEMs and issue the cost invoice
- Binding the vouchers monthly
- Assist in annual audit
- Preparing the bank reconciliation and checking the output Tax difference between SAP and E-tax at the end of month

Skills
-Knowledge of basic accounting rules
-Skill in handing and counting cash
-Basic skill of SAP
-English
-Soft communication skill with both internal colleagues and external relations.

Requirements
-1-3 years full hands on accountant job
-Accountant certificate
