主要工作职责：

1.负化学溶液配方设计，以达到客户的目标和需求

2.负责系统的基础研究，特别是研磨剂，化学添加剂及其相互反应的变化

3.根据客户反馈制定和优化配方，以提高产品性能

4.培训初级研发人员
