1、25-40岁，大专以上学历，高分子化学或精细化工等专业；
2、了解UV胶粘剂基本配方，熟悉UV胶水的应用，具有2年以上胶粘剂应用和技术服务的实际经验；
3、能独立分析客户应用的具体问题，提出相应的解决方案；
4、了解UV固化设备的基本结构，熟悉其应用；
5、能熟练使用实验室相关测试、分析设备，并具有较强的研究分析能力；
6 、英文读写流畅，会基本英语口语沟通；
7、有吃苦耐劳和创新精神。
