职位描述：
Sales Manager for business development of German/European brands for consumer goods

Major Responsibilities:
- Represent German/European brands for consumer goods in the Chinese Market
- Establish, develop and maintain a network of dealers and customers
- Achieve sales and business goals in cooperation with dealers
- Conduct market research in the initial phase of sales projects
- Get training from German/European brands and transfer sales- and product-knowhow to the Chinese dealers
- Give strong marketing support to Chinese dealers
- Stay in close communication with German/European brands, and give reports about market intelligence regularly

Basic Requirements:
- Age 27-45, based in Shanghai, Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience, preferably for premium imported brands of consumer goods
- Rich experience in selecting, developing and managing distributors
- Brand-oriented, with good knowledge of modern marketing will be a plus
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good interpersonal communication skills with outgoing character
- Loyal and honest personality
- Willing to travel frequently in China and in Europe
