1. 严格遵守公司/部门的各项规章制度和维护6S实施。

2. 负责产品标签打印；SOP的制作和分发；

3. 部门员工的请假、加班录入及异常处理，部门每天就餐人数统计；

4. 负责生产部的生产用品的申报和采购；

5.负责生产部报表的统计、文件的分发、整理、标识、建档以及管理等工作；

6. 负责协助主管落实生产计划的安排和订单跟踪；

7.协助领导及其他同事的工作

任职要求：

1、熟练使用各种办公软件；

2、普通话标准，口齿清晰，具备良好的语言和文字表达能力；

3、较强的沟通协调能力和执行能力、诚实守信、为人正直、保密意识强；

4、工作勤奋，主动热情，有亲和力，有独立处理事物的能力和人际关系处理能力；

5、性格开朗，有责任心及团队合作精神，具有一定的抗压能力；

6、具备良好的职业形象和职业素养。

7、熟练使用ERP系统，有相关工作经验的优先考虑。

8、有机械加工公司工作经历优先。

目前在上海工作，明年将搬迁至浙江嘉善生产基地工作。

The factory produce accurate hot runners mould and all kinds of mould test products and plastic products. We possess several complete sets of finish machining equipment such as professional CAD, CAM assistant CNC design center, NC machines. We also can exploit new products according to client’s samples and pictures.
