We are a well established distributor of premium varietal wines in the China wine industry.
The ideal candidate will lead our sales staff in Shanghai and other cities in southern region. Must establish sales goals and objectives within the region, and evaluate the skills and abilities of the Wine Market, developing and enhancing channel strategies across the market. Key Responsibilities:岗位职责
1. Maintain strong working relationships with current clients.维护与现有客户的关系。
2. Client recruitment and development-expand the client base.开发新客户。
3. Reach sales team targets.达成团队销售目标。
4. Develop new channels, and increase sales revenue.开拓新渠道,提升销量。
5. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.针对目标客户准备行动计划及日程。
6. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.参与市场活动,如品鉴会,展会,电话销售推广活动等。
7. Follow-up for collection of payment – AR催收应收账款。
8. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.根据船运信息,来协调发货及调整商品的销售方向。
9. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.为降低库存,有针对性的组织相应的销售活动。
10. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.协助开展公司的市场发展计划。
11. Public Relations – organize Supplier visits, wine dinners, chef promotions and various publicity events to increase brand awareness and attract new clients公共关系-组织供应商来访,葡萄酒晚宴等各种公众活动,以增加品牌效应,吸引更多新客户。
12. Coordinate all suppliers’ visits and schedules (events, reports to be given, depletions versus forecasts, list of customers etc...) 协调供应商来访的细节及日程(如活动,报告,给品牌销量及销量预估,客户名单等)
13. Mentor new junior sales people alongside existing junior staff into a coherent team, with responsibility for development and training.指导初级销售人员,并不定时对销售团队进行培训,共同进步。

Qualifications:任职资格
-Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant wine and/or spirits sales management experience.大学本科,5年葡萄酒及烈酒行业销售管理经验。
-Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and extensive organizational ability are requirements. 善于沟通,有良好的交际手段,优秀的组织能力。
-Fluent English and Chinese is a requirement as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 中英文良好,熟练使用办公软件。
-The ability to self-motivate is essential. 积极主动,努力上进。
