职位描述：

Job tasks:

- Coordinate daily operational activities in screening pre-production samples,obtaining price quote and tracking

production;

- Track and review pre-production sample and lab dips to ensure samples match with required specifications and

quality standard;

- Communicate order details and requirements to factories and all parties concerned;

- Monitor production process properly to meet quantity, quality, order specifications and delivery dates;

- Diagnose production problems and work with factories to present alternatives to both buyers and management;

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Account/MIS/Shipping and QA to ensure smooth work flow for order follow up;

- Accompany buyers to visit vendors/factories in their buying trips;

- Assist in setting buyer/vendor dispute inclusive of claim issues;

- Do research and development

- Source vendors according to clients' requirements, follow up vendor / factory evaluation;

- Assist supervisors in preparing materials and setting up presentation to clients;

Job Requirements:

- Tertiary educated in related disciplines;

- 6 years or above merchandising experience in buying offices / agents;

- General knowledge in all product types

- Good command of English and Mandarin;

- Service oriented with attention to details;

- Market oriented with research and development abilities;

- Familiar with PC operations.
