职位描述：
Roles and Responsibilities:

? Produce timely and accurate of leasing related documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
? To procure target retailers, negotiate and execute lease.
? To manage rent rolls for effective planning and execution of timely renewals and/or re-leasing.
? To work effectively with the onsite leasing team on tenant negotiation and ensuring tenant business on an ongoing basis thus maximizing our rent income.
? To assist HQ leasing directors effectively implement leasing strategies across different projects
? To track market changes in terms of rental, vacancy, competitors, retailers and leasing trends
? Prompt and consistent attendance as required by the job

Key Skills Requirements/Qualifications:

? 2-5 years’ relevant experience in a commercial real estate leasing role in the city
? Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills
? A results-oriented personality, can work under pressure
? Strong organization and language skills
? An effective team worker
