职位描述：
1、负责建立健全公司培训体系，制定培训管理制度，并监督执行。
2、根据公司人力资源规划，收集各部门培训计划，拟定医院年度培训计划。
3、负责组织安排新员工入职培训、院级培训等。
4、负责公司外培联络工作，根据需要引进合理有效的培训项目，并组织实施。
5、负责建立员工培训档案。
6、制定和完善培训制度，规范参培人员纪律。
7、确保培训内容和培训方法合理合法。
8、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：医疗、护理及相关专业大专或以上学历。
2、工作经验要求：具备一年以上相关工作经验。
3、技能要求：1）掌握医疗管理、人力资源管理知识及相关技能；2）掌握本院培训等相关制度；3）具备良好的职业道德素质和团队合作精神。 举报 分享
