*By supporting the implementation of company standards for front of house team

为餐厅前厅团队服务标准的执行提供支持

*By reporting to the manager any front of house standards, in particular food safety and quality standards, that aren’t being met having completed the necessary training

向餐厅经理汇报所有培训完成后尚未达标的餐厅前厅规范,特别是食品安全和质量规范

*By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team

使用适当的工具和设备,为餐厅前厅团队的培训提供支持

*By making sure all restaurant systems and processes are implemented, updated and followed by all team members to meet our standards

确保所有餐厅运营系统和流程的有效执行和及时更新,并且所有员工循规操作,以达到马上诺要求

*By taking part in the weekly management meeting to understand the restaurant priorities and communicate to the front of house team as necessary

参与每周的管理层会议,试图理解餐厅发展优先计划,并在需要时向前厅团队传达和沟通。

*By preparing front of house team rotas if requested by your manager

在经理需要时为其准备餐厅前厅团队勤务轮值表

*To be able to appropriately solve guests’ special requests and to appropriately solve complaints and ensure the guests leaves the restaurant satisfied and looking forward to returning

正确处理客户的特殊要求和客户投诉,并确保客户满意离开并愿意下次继续光顾。

*By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Captain

Job Requirement 岗位要求

*At least 2yrs hospitality experience in a Western restaurant

有至少2年在西餐厅从事服务的经验

*Good English, fluent Mandarin

熟练地掌握英文和普通话

*Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation

出色的个人卫生和自我呈现能力

*Fun, honest and hard-working attitude

具有风趣、诚实和勤奋的工作态度
