By training new starters and coaching current team members to Pizza Marzano standards

培训新员工及现有的团队成员,以达到马上诺的标准;

By completing step plans, quizzes and keeping training records updated

按步骤完成各阶段计划、测验并及时更新培训记录;

By rolling out new menu launches alongside front of house trainer and manager

与前厅培训师以及经理一起推出新菜单;

By supporting the implementation of company standards for back of house team

为公司后堂管理标准的实施提供支持;

By monitoring all sections and standards of the kitchen and report any poor performance to your manager

管理厨房的各个环节及操作标准并且将各种欠佳的表现报告给经理;

By following all restaurant systems and processes at all times, including implementation of par levels

在任何时候都须遵循餐厅的所有系统以及流程,包括最低库存量的实施;

By contributing to your restaurant’s profitability, by ensuring you follow all recipes and through working with the management team to monitor and control food costs and wastage

确保您遵循所有的配方要求,并协助管理层一同控制食物成本和浪费率,从而为餐厅的盈利作出贡献;

By undertaking all accountabilities, as detailed below, for Pizzaiolo

Job Requirement 岗位要求

Hard working, proactive, a good helper for the head chef to achieve the daily work.

至少3年以上的相关职位的工作经验。较强的团队领导能力，组织能力。

At least 3 year relevant working experiences， with strong leadership and organization skills.

有良好的卫生习惯，并能够监督团队执行。

Have very good personal hygiene standard and influent to the whole team.

有较强的计划行，能够对卫生，产品制作及订货有完善的安排。

Good planner; can coordinate hygiene, production and ordering well.
