By adhering to the cleaning rota to ensure kitchen and restaurant areas are kept clean and tidy at all times to meet Pizza Marzano standards

遵循清洁值班表进行工作,确保厨房和餐厅区域始终保持干净整洁,以满足马上诺餐厅的标准;

By making sure all public areas (internally and externally) are checked and kept clean and supplied with soap, toilet tissue and paper towels at all times

确保所有的公共区域(包括餐厅内外)保持干净卫生,并且随时提供和补充肥皂、卫生纸和纸巾;

By operating the wash up area efficiently, making sure there are sufficient supplies of crockery, cutlery, glasses and paper towels for service

高效地进行餐具清洗工作,确保有充足的杯、碗、餐具、纸巾提供;

By using the correct cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals in the appropriate areas/ equipment

在清洗相关区域和设备时使用正确的清洁材料、设备以及化学清洗剂;

By ensuring all rubbish is collected and disposed of at the correct times, following Pizza Marzano recycling policies and procedures and local authority requirements

根据马上诺餐厅的回收制度和程序以及当地政府的要求确保所有的垃圾及时得到收拾和清理;

By checking deliveries into the restaurant to Pizza Marzano standards and advise the Manager if any problems

根据马上诺餐厅的标准将物品接收情况在餐厅登记在案,如有问题及时通知经理

By ensuring deliveries are stored in the appropriate areas adhering the correct stock rotation principles (FIFO)

确保所有接收的物品储存在恰当的区域,并遵循库存周转的先进先出原则;

By reporting cleaning chemical and material shortage or equipment and property defects to your manager / Senior Cleaner

将化学清洗剂和相关材料的短缺情况或设备和资产的损耗情况及时汇报给经理或高级保洁员;

By ensuring the correct signage is used whilst cleaning the restaurant

确保在餐厅清洁期间摆放正确的提示牌;

By reporting any problems regarding pests to your manager/ Senior Cleaner

将有关虫害的任何情况及时汇报给经理或高级保洁员。

每周5天工作日，休息2天，每天工作时间不超过8小时或每一休一，每天工作11、5个小时
