Business structure linkage (Part of process or organization)
HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition reports directly to Senior HR Manager – China Engine Plant (CEP).
2. Purpose
Recruitment, staffing and C&B support and coordination to the organization in regards of talent acquisition and compensation & benefits.
3. Main Tasks / Responsibility
? Support CEP in manpower planning to recruit and secure diverse talent supplies.
? Ensure recruitment approach is executed to give CEP competitive advantage in the market place (automotive and talent).
? Proactive participation in company initiatives related to matching, outplacement, exit etc.
? Driving continuous improvement in the delivery of recruitment services and products to meet company requirements at lowest cost.
? Ensure workforce planning and recruitment processes meet the needs of the business units on an ongoing basis and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Liaise with HRBP and internal stakeholder to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Implement and optimize staffing and C&B related policies, processes and activities, e.g. reports and data preparation.
? Manage HR information and audit system and optimization procedure, such as SAP, BMS, HR Portal, internal audit, etc.
? Operate according to company compliance standards, terms and instructions.
? Responsible for the entire recruitment process from job posting to sourcing, shortlist, interview, offering and on board process.
? Execute the hiring plan effectively and timely with diverse resources.
? Lead and coordinate recruitment relevant events/activities, such as job fair, campus talk, road show and other employer branding activities.
? Daily recruitment channel management and analysis for maximize the effectiveness.
? Work as a brand ambassador to promote the EVP message through projects and diversified channels.
? Work as a specialist to maintenance the recruitment tracking system, social media platform and provide the trainings to other users.
? Prepare monthly staffing and C&B data as required.
? Maintain HR information system and prepare for internal/external audit, and deliver relevant trainings as required.
? Perform other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
4. Authority
Authorize according to delegated authorities for respective function.
5. Competence Requirements
? University Degree or equivalent in relevant fields. Majoring in Human Resources Management or related.
? Solid recruitment experience from an international company, auto industry as a plus.
? Full understanding of HR recruitment and C&B processes, channels and policies.
? High integrity, self-motivated and quick learner, be able to work as a team player and independently.
? Energetic and can work under high pressure.
? Result oriented and accurate in all reports.
? Good communication and interpersonal skill.
? Fluent in English, oral and written.
? Good computer skills in all office programs.
? Familiar with international mobility management.
