PURPOSE:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that the company’s administrative work is efficient, reliable, and economical.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage security guards, cleaning, company vehicles, canteen, communication systems such as telephone etc., office supplies, mail, and messenger services to make smooth operation in a costing way.
管理保安,清洁,公司的车辆,食堂,如电话等通信系统,办公用品,邮件和快递顺利运作的成本计算方式。
2. Responsible for declaring work-related injuries and claiming matters.
负责办理员工工伤申报以及理赔事宜。
3. Responsible for reception work for visiting clients.
负责客户来访的接待工作。
4. Ensure 5S for company public area.
确保公司公共区域的5S管理。
5. Responsible for monitoring staff canteen, uniforms, business cards printing, vehicles, green, etc.
负责监管员工食堂、工作服、名片印刷、车辆、绿化等。
6. Responsible for monthly inspection of fire-fighting equipment to assist in the implementation of EHS-related higher-level work.
负责每月消防设备的检查工作,协助上级执行EHS的相关工作。
7. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the HR & Admin manager.
完成人事行政经理安排的其他工作。
Task:
1. The monthly cost of all kinds of analysis report (fuel, water, food and beverage cost);
每月费用的成本分析,包括汽油,饮用水,食物。
2. The staff report and the follow-up in the settlement of industrial injury;
工伤事故报告以及后续的跟进工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum 3 years relevant management experience, preferably in foreign manufacturing companies.
2. Good team player
3. Committed and can work independently
4. Good interpersonal skill
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
6. Good at MS office such as word, excel
