职位描述：
1. Work with maintenance manager to support new plant construction, installation, commissioning, startup, trial run and hand-over.
2. Work with maintenance manager and maintenance supervisor to set up maintenance system, equipment list, CMMS, PM, PM SOP, Spare Part.
3. Focus on the preventive maintenance plan execution quality, lead the process equipment reliability improvement plan to ensure production equipment well maintained and under high reliable and stable.
4. Provide the technical training to develop technicians’ maintenance capability, including PM SOP and troubleshooting experience.
5. Provide professional guideline to maintenance technicians for daily maintenance/ troubleshooting/repairing.
6. Lead all of Root cause failure analysis activities, and get them documented
7. Manage sub-contractors’ behaviors’ safety and construction quality.
8. Provide weekly/monthly plan and progress report of process equipment reliability improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:
More than 10 years working experiences in flavor/food/chemical/pharmacy industry, with more than 5 years maintenance engineer experiences in manufacturing environment with:
1. Good experience on computerized maintenance management system is preferred.
2. Good skills in AutoCAD, good Siemens PLC/ VFD/mechanical equipment troubleshooting experience is preferred.
3. Good experienced in process improvement.
4. Good English skill both in writing and speaking.
5. Good team work sprit.
6. Efficient time management and self-management.
7. Familiar with Maintenance Management tools, for example: 5Why, Fishbone/FMEA/5S etc.
