职位描述：

7. Strictly observe internal process (FES)
严格遵循公司内部系统流程（FES, 佛吉亚卓越体系）；
8. Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.
完成由主管或经理安排的其它工作。
9. Customer Complaints客户投诉
10. Customer reject PPM客户百万拒收
11. Scrap PPM 现场百万报废
12. QSE audit score现场QSE实施

Qualifications 任职资格：
1. College r degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation
大专或同等学历机械工程或自动化专业
2. At least 1 years practical experiences in quality management function, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment.
至少1年有关质量管理的工作经验，最好是在外企或合资企业的生产环境下
3. Above 1 year experience in automotive industry or, at least in mechanical industry;
1年以上汽车工厂工作经验，至少是机械行业
4. Familiar with IATF16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA
熟悉IATF16949 、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、8D、行动计划、FMEA
5. Tenacious land persuasive. Demanding and rigorous. Ability to develop partnerships. Motivation. Result Oriented
严格要求自己，有能力发展团队关系，积极主动，结果导向
6. Ability to work under pressure and high availability for the ramp-up

7. Autonomous: is able to solve his problems by himself (wished)
