Responsibilities:
1、Establish and maintain a close working relationship with all areas both internally&within supplier base,and able to motivate internal and external engineering resources. Within the gudelines and culture of FMC.
2、Assist in the corporate planning function covering analysis of the economics,political,regulatory,market and competitive environment as well as internal organizational,financial and technical analysis.
3、Responsible for the timely delivery of projects.Complete ownership for the achievement of project deadlines and profitability of projects,as well as being the primary interface for reporting and commercail dealings with the supplers.
4、Management and co-ordination of departmental functions in concert with the head of department,and management of project managers ,project engineers and project personnel.Liaison with the resource providers for effective useof engineering resource in support of the project.
5、Technical and management support to project:
a. Managing the planning and costing with the suppliers.
b. Negotiation and liaison with engineering for the delivery of the project
c. Liaison and reporting project progress to the management.
d.Support to the management team for the achievement of strategic management goals.
e.Personnel management for departmental teams,including regular staff reviews and responsibility for setting performance targets implementing staff development plans
f.Lead continuous inprovement initiatives to enhance departmental effectiveness.
g.Support to departmental issues and participation in recruitment interviews.
h.To be a member of the core management team,partake in business growth and ensure that it integrates with the business plan and forecasts.
i.To develop an effective business operating system that assits with the completion of projects to deliver the business plan.
6、Able to communicate efficiently and effectively through all form of communication,as well as present technical report confidently.
7、Must be able to use MS Office,particularly Powerpoint,Excel,Project and Word.

1、More than 5 years,with relevant experience with the automotive industry.
