Job description:
1. Equipement electrical designing and wiring coaching for new Automation Machine;
2. PLC software programming and commissioning for new Automation Machine;
3. Machine concept design with mechanical engineer together;
4. Lead new-released production line problem solving and ramp up support;
5. For some global project, provide technical support to production line;
6. Techcnical support for new Automation Machine release from exteral supplier (e.g. design review, acceptance…);
7. Contribute for Lean Line Design ;
8. As the request from Modification, implement equipment improvement for old machine to increase productivity.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years working experience in Electrical Design, preferably in the field of automation. An advanced degree, such as a Master’s Degree is advantageous and might substitute some years of experience.
- At least 1 year experience in High Tech Manufacturing Environment
- PLC hardware & software design (C+/C++/ST)
- Understaning of Advanced Manufacturing technologies.
- Understanding of TS 16949 and China OH&S requirements, BPS understanding
- Opcon experience as a puls
- Good command of English, both oral & written.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Occasional overtime work might be necessary.
