岗位职责：
1、生产保证：能够及时有效的解决生产中模具、材料、机器等问题，保证生产顺利进行；
2、质量保证：能够指定生产检验标准，设计检具，有效控制产品质量，并能够解决产品质量缺陷；
3、持续改进：能够后监控产品生产全过程，并能提出持续改善性建议，包括：模具、设备、工艺、包装等；
4、工艺改善：能够监控产品工序，保证产品按时、按质、按量完成，有能力研究工艺稳定性，并能对产品工艺改善提出建设性意见；
5、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。


任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，模具或机械相关专业；
2、30岁以下，1-2年以上冲压或模具设计工作经验；
3、掌握冲压工艺作业流程、冲压工艺编制和调试，能熟练使用AUTOCAD、PRO/E或UG；
4、具有五金材料、模具钢材、模具结构、冲压设备及周边设备知识，具有较强的分析、处理模具异常能力；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
