JOB OUTLINE:
? To handle key account's ocean operation and documentation. Straightening out of problems which crop up between domestic suppliers and overseas consignees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? To handle daily operation and documentation working.
? To well co-ordinate with local shippers, carriers, co-loaders, agents and overseas offices to ensure all shipments are moved smoothly as per customers' requirement.
? To keep communication with local & Japan/USA agent to solve the problems with suppliers.
? To assist in resolving customer complains.
? To provide quick responses, informative and detailed data and competitive rates to overseas office for keep business.
? To keep update overseas filing in time.
? To hand in all internal ocean recap to account manager at the end of each month.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? At least 2 years experience in freight forwarding industry.
? Good command of Japanese and English.
? Computer literate.
