Job Responsibility:

• Developing and initiating standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation in compliance with ISO 9001
• Being responsible for creating and maintaining Quality System Documentation
• Being responsible for managing customer specifications and developing corresponding MAHLE specifications (QAS Specifications) to ensure compliance with customer and MAHLE requirements
• Directing workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability
• Compiling and writing training material and conducts training sessions on quality assurance activities
• Managing customer complaints including logging complaints, controlling further processing and closing corrective action reports after verification of the effectiveness of corrective action
• Being responsible for monthly tracking and reporting of customer quality measurables
• Leading the advanced quality planning
• Providing guidance on quality systems and quality tools
• Being responsible for evaluating suppliers compliance to quality system. Monitoring of supplier capability. Recommendation of corrective action for observed deficiencies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from four-year college or university (preferably IE or ME) with up to one year experience in quality related field
• Knowledge of filtration technology
• Good computer skills (e.g. MS office, Lotus Notes)
• Good English language skills
