职位描述：
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compliance 65%
1. Ensure timely and accurate tax filing for HQ
i. VAT/Surtax/SD/CIT/LUR/RET(monthly/quarterly/annual)
2. Withholding IIT/VAT filing for individuals (athletes, designers, etc.)
3. Forex Payment( Interco/Dividend/3rd party)
4. CIT Allocation ratio application( quarterly/annual)
5. Annual assets loss approval application
6. Export VAT refund application and related booking
7. Adjustment of Import VAT in transfer out - get official approval from TC tax authority
8. Support AP tax & GC tax on TPD preparation
Tax accounting/ reporting 30%
1. Monthly VAT revenue reconciliation and VAT settlement
2. Monthly tax accrue (Surtax, SD, LUR, RET)
3. Monthly tax account open item clearance
4. Monthly tax account BS recon and quarterly BSR
5. Provide tax cash-out forecast to tax authority and treasury
6. Tax compliance SOP
7. Submit key-account (重点税源) report per request by tax authority (incl. Sales revenue structure form, monthly financial and tax payment form, etc.)
Others (5%)
1. Keep closely work with cross functional teams to support business quickly development
2. Address issues with a high sense of urgency and maintain lines of communication that avoids surprises in tax check and tax audit
3. Maintain smooth relationship with state and local tax bureau
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Tax /Accounting / Finance or related fields
? CTA (Certified Tax Agents) or CPA
? 5+ years working experience in tax with MNCs or relevant experience in China and international tax advisory/compliance work;
? Familiar with China tax regulation and tax practice
? Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
? Confidence with a strong business sense;
? Responsible, hardworking, and have good commitment; Self-motivated; Detail-oriented; 举报 分享
