GENERAL MISSION
The merchandiser assistant will assist merchandiser in sample development, follow-up, checking PPS fabric and PPS ready garment sample, under the direct supervision of the Merchandiser.
Job Description:
Assistant merchandisers assist merchandiser to ensure timely sample development and checking PPS fabric and PPS ready garment.
- Tracking sample status with suppliers.
- Help sending samples to suppliers or head office
-.Collect related document from suppliers which need be confirmed..
- Collect the technical file and validate some necessary information.
- Update daily report for bulk fabric & PP garment sample chart.
- Help merchandiser in PP fabric approval and PP garment sample approval.
- Communicate with head office and suppliers.
- May do independently follow up a few of garment category
Requiremnts:
- College degree above; Textile and English Major are preferred
- Knowledge of international trade.
- Knowledge of IT tools such as Excel, Word, Windows etc.
- Fluency in English both spoken & written.
- Team player with a global mind set and forthcoming personality.
- Able to work in a busy and efficient working environment.
