Implement Valvoline global and China strategies in the targeted aftermarket segments, work closely with potential national account customers, and develop initiatives and execution plans for business development.
Explore business opportunities in strategic segments; prepare new business proposals with value proposition, sales activation tools and growth initiatives; develop business development execution plan, deliver results with good track of performance.
Prepare product and service offerings with value added solutions to meet and exceed national account customers’ expectation. Tailor make programs with good utilization of cross functional resources to provide business partnership for strategic customers with long term growth potential and fulfillment.
Work closely with US team to develop optimized business models for China installer chains. Transfer successful business practice in US and other international areas to China market. Capable of leading local project and onsite team, hands-on expertise with self-motivation.
Good presentation and training skill with automotive technical background
