职位描述：
工作职责：

1.跨国销售业务的传接，尤其是日本客户的传接，来实现销售计划，保证销售执行度。
2.通过商务活动，定期客户拜访，了解销售情况，作出未来的销售预估及评判订单完成度和客户满意度。
3.内部销售计划的制定，销售结果分析，客户需求变化分析及报告。

工作要求：

1. 大专以上学历，电子类相关专业者优先。
2. 5年以上电子、半导体行业，销售，市场类工作经验者优先。
3. 英语流利，懂得日语者优先。
4. 熟练的计算机英语能力，尤其是EXCEL。
5. 优秀的沟通，交流，展示能力以及卓越的谈判技巧。
6. 具备良好的团队协作意识。
7. 刻苦、努力、抗压性强。
8. 适应定期出差。

工作地点：上海市黄浦区
The incumbent reports to Assistant Manager, he/she will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support customers to develop local demand creation business of our lines.
Responsibilities
1. Acquire product application materials and propose design solutions
2. Work with customer's engineers and supplier to maximize local develop biz
3. To ensure continuous design win cycle for specific applications
4. Manage projects and focus on proprietary parts design activities
5. Provide field application in support of customers on our lines
Provide product training to our customers.
6. Prepare suitable products documents to support customer design requirements
7. Comply and submit statistic or periodic reports as required by company and suppliers
8. Maximize number of NBO and increase design win ratio with Sales and Marketing Team
9. Work with Supplier FAE team to promote suppliers’ focused products and get technical support from suppliers
10. Promote new line card with Marketing Dept and suppliers
11. Technical support for Critical and complex Quality issues for Field sales
8. Maximize New Business Opportunities and increase design win ratio with Field Sales
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering.
2. Application engineering or developing engineering experience in semiconductor is necessary, the experience in analogor MCU application is welcome.
3. Good in English
4. Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Work passion and bond with team
7. Service oriented, aggressive, detail oriented, self-motivated and adapt to change
