职位描述：
客户管理
1. 每月客户回访，调查客户软件使用情况
2. 发现客户软件维护需求，沟通订单价格及相关合同条款，做销售预测
3. 负责sales force客户软件维护订单，合同管理，跟踪订单实施，协调付款问题
4. 客户的满意度调查
5. 反馈客户意见及提高客服质量和客户满意度

电话营销
1. 协助市场部和新客户电话沟通，负责客户系统管理
2. 制定新客户沟通计划，发现客户问题及产品需求，在sales force里创建销售机会
3. 和销售沟通新客户销售机会，跟踪项目进程及其他销售支持
4. 和市场部协作完成新客户市场渗透策略，提高品牌在新客户中的知名度和认知度

渠道支持
1. 协助渠道运营工作
2. 协助渠道新客户开发项目

其它工作
1. 协助运营主管做销售预测，销售分析及渠道分析等相关Sales force报表
2. 与销售，市场，财务团队沟通协调及其他项目支持

任职要求：
1. 大学毕业，有基础英语沟通能力
2. 3年以上工作经验
3. 有销售，市场，客服经验优先
4. 沟通能力强，有拓展思维能力，可以独立完成工作 举报 分享
