职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
? Ensuring agreed department targets contribute to the achievement of the company strategy and main targets
? Implementing and following all relevant process descriptions, and specification documents
? Plan and conduct Occupational health, safety and evironment management program
? Ensuring the relevant legal and other requirements and aspects concerning location in HSE scope. Furthermore, evaluation and implementation of relevant changes, such as Legislative changes
? Regularly monitoring and controlling procedures for environmental facilities of the site
? Summary of data for the preparation of the environmental report of company as the Input for the environmental report of the Heidelberg Group (including the vote of the Contents and dates)
? Advising departments on issues of occupational safety and environmental protection and Carry out training on these topics
? Ensuring effective emergency management Procedure at the site
? Regularly monitoring resource consumption (energy, water)
? Safety and maintenance of public order on the Premises
? Proper disposal of recyclables, household waste and hazard wastes
? Train EHS associates.
? Other tasks assigned by department manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 ? College or above, major in related area, with construction project background is preferred
? At least 5 years hands-on experience
? Team leader experience is required.
