职位描述：
工作职责：
1. C&B: Providing appropriate and reliable operational services on C&B matters, such as payroll, market data analysis, manpower cost analysis, base-pay/variable bonus process, etc.
2. Headcount tracking, inventory and reports: Be responsible for HR related reports and data analysis. Ensure timely and accurately update of staff personnel information
3. Recruitment - Manage the complete process of hiring, Including JD review, job posting, channel selection, screen and selection, Interview, reference check, and on-board arrangement - Responsibility for effective quality hiring, cycle time, cost and to ensure all legal obligations are adhered to - Manage key external recruitment providers effectively - Liaise on a regular basis with business unit leaders, regarding headcount forecasting, hiring, and manpower planning - Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers on all recruitment matters - Act as the point of contact for recruitment related projects - Maintain an expert up-to-date knowledge of direct sourcing, including all social media and web based recruitment channels in addition to a network of HR industry and professional organizations
4. Organize activities to deliver company culture, enrich spare time life and improve satisfaction;
5. Handle part of staff cases to avoid labor dispute and optimize staff relationship;
6. Staff communication
7. Conduct and develop training activities including new hire orientation, vender training course and internal professional training

Skills & Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in HR and related field
2.At least 5 years of working experience in HR function
3.Active and enthusiastic with human resource work
4.Logical thinking, organized manner and follow up habit
5.Judgment/Problem Solving; Technical knowledge
6.Good communication skill with active and positive working style
7.Good command of Written/Reading English
