岗位：维修电气工程师，机电工程师

岗位职责：

- 协助制定设备维护计划，并组织实施和监控；
- 及时、高效地诊断并解决设备故障，保证生产的顺利进行并做到预防为主
- 负责实施点检制度、备件采购和管理；
- 负责制定和更新设备操作指导书；
- 参与新设备的定型、采购、安装、调试、验收；
- 协助制定部门培训计划，对机修人员进行培训和指导；

任职要求：
- 本科学历，自动化、机电一体化或电子电气工程等专业
- 三年以上设备维护经验；
- 良好的设备机械、电气维修技能，现场故障诊断、排除和解决能力；
- 良好的管理意识和能力，擅长沟通和交流；
- 具有一定的英语沟通能力。

工作地点：上海市青浦区华新镇
