We are a young (6+ years in business), but growing furniture company. We provide a fun, international job experience with lot of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

We are adding additional locations throughout Shanghai in the near future. As we expand, we are in need of retail salespeople to help grow our brand. This position would work in both our Jinqiao and Xintiandi locations.

Duties include:

Working directly with the owners on day-to-day operations.
Greeting customers and making them feel comfortable
Delivering an outstanding shopping experience by winning the trust of customers
Preparing and creating store displays (visual merchandising)
Writing sales receipts with POS, Receiving payment (cash/credit card).

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in similar position (3+ years sales experience preferred).
Professional demeanor, selling style, appearance with a sense of humor.
Solid written & verbal communication skills in Mandarin with good or better English skills.
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
High level of integrity, passion and work ethic.
Ability to successfully work independently of daily direction.
An interior design background is not required, but a sense of style is important. Sales background required.
