职位描述
岗位职责
1.负责客户的开发、关系维护和良好沟通；
2.负责区域内所有项目的洽谈、项目执行及回款工作；
3.规划并完善行业目标客户群的拓展策划、负责完成预期销售目标；
4.收集市场信息，制定销售计划；
5.掌握竞争对手的市场动态，为公司的发展提供建设性建议。
任职资格
1.大学专科及以上学历，相关专业毕业；
2.有2年以上香精香料销售工作经验；
3.具有独立开拓客户的能力，公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力；
4.按要求完成公司下达的销售任务；
5.诚实正直，愿意接受挑战，能承受较大工作压力，身体健康，可适应出差。
