Role
To develop plans and schedules in sufficient detail to ensure the project targets are achieved and to identify critical path activities.
To develop monitoring and recording systems to track physical progress.
To coordinate between purchasing, engineering and construction to ensure required project objectives are achieved.
To develop progress reporting systems for inclusion in sundry project reports.

Requirements
Good experience and knowledge of:-
o　 site construction planning
o　 planning software systems such as P3-6, Microsoft project
o　 development of master schedule and lower level schedules
o　 analytical capability and critical path development
o　 civil/mechanical/E & I installation experience
o　 progress measurement systems
o　 work breakdown structures
o　 punch list tracking/monitoring
o　 planning handover schedules

Needs:-
1.bachelor or higher degree in relevant disciplineso　　　
2.good attitude and proactive involvement with contractors
3.dual language capability a must
4.to have a “can do” attitude and be self-motivated.
5.minimum 5 to10 years’ experience in a similar role
6.acceptance of occasionally working anti-social hours on site
7.presentation skills

Preferences:-
o　　　exposure to western clients and western expectations
o　　　knowledge of industrial plant construction

6. 能够接受偶尔现场需要加班
