Education/Career Knowledge:

? University or similar studies in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
? Working experience in technical projects with Diesel Engines, preferably in NPP application.
? Special Experience in Diesel Engine and/or EDG Systems in China; Experience in complex technical projects.
? Very good in English and Chinese in technical vocabulary.

Responsibilities & Duties:

General

? Create system documentation for complex scopes of supply for Chinese Customers

In Detail

Collecting technical documentation
? In coordination with other departments (Sales, After Sales, Project Teams) collect the relevant documentation.
? Contact sub-suppliers if necessary for the documentation input.
? Clarify with the responsible departments the content and target of the documentation.
? Define the scope and time line for the documentation.
? Clarify open questions with the different departments (development, sales, customer service, etc.) and if necessary also foreign companies and suppliers.

Preparing technical documentation for Chinese Customers
? Check and clarify the needs of Chinese Customers for the documentation.
? Coordinate with the relevant departments (Technical Illustrators, Technical Translators, and Technical Documentation Assistants) the documentation layout (Corporate design).
? Develops and structures documentation content, based on the product model and maintenance schedule.
? Translation/preparing of the Documentation for the Customers.
? Follow up updates for the documentation.
