1. Support operation director in delivering smooth & effective support the manufacturing businees;

2. Achievement of KPI trgets for production efficiency, quality and delivery;

3. Assis operation director in machine utiliztion, capacity planning;

4. Promote a visual management method of communication with the team and others;

5. Comunicate by exception risk and concern in time to allow recovery action planning;

6. Deal with constrains or secures support of operation director;

7. Promote high level of housekeeping throughout manufacturing environment to 5S standard;

8. Ensure processes tools and technique are developed to best practice working with production;

9. Creating production process improvement programs & proving out;

10.Identify ways to reduce costs of manufacturing;

11.Work closely and be proactive with Engineering department to support in feasibilty studies, sample run and collecting for production data for analysis studies;

12.Analysis of and solutions to problems relating to the manufacturing process.
