职位描述
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not intended to be all inclusive):
1. Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data in order to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers.
2. Data entry and posting including but not limited to labor slips, vouchers, vendor payments, customer invoices and payments and journal posting.
3. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
4. Prepare all government required reports and meet with appropriate tax bureau as needed.
5. Report monthly financial results to corporate CFO on a timely basis.
6. Coordinate banking activity and report weekly cash and bank activiy to corporate CFO.
7. Issue payments to vendors as needed to maintain good credit, prudent cash flow management.
8. Maintain "China book" record as required along with Syteline ERP system and ledger of any transactions that create a variance between record keeping systems.
9. Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required.
10. Calculate, prepare, and issue debits, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.
11. Compare computer printouts to manually maintained journals in order to determine if they match.
12. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts,expenditures, accounts payable and profits and losses.
13. Perform inventory control processess as needed.
14. Fixed Assest management, tracking and entry to computer system
15. Use resources available to learn local human resource requirements to establish, document and administer all human resource programs
Relevant Skills:
1. Thorough understanding of Chinese accounting processes, procedures and laws.
2. Ability to speak, write and understand English.
3. Organizational, time and business management skills.
4. Honest, responsible and able to work as a team member.
5. Problem solving and Microsoft Office application skills.
6. Ability to maintain accurate information in US-based ERP computer software.
7. This position is normally acquired through a Chinese Certificate in Accounting and several years working experience in a related industry.
8. Travel and overtime may be required.
