JD:

• to handle the full set of IMPORT/EXPORT shipping documents;
• to work closely with customers, merchandiser team, freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure the shipment is scheduled in advance;
• to make sure follow the customers requirement on shipping documents;
• to set up and improve the shipping procedure and give the training to new vendors;
• to assist the department head solve key trade compliance issues;
• to maintain shipping data on daily basis and assess shipping and suppliers, forwarder performance on monthly basis

Requriments:

• Academic qualification: college graduate or above with minimum 3-4 years trading/sourcing companies' exp;
• Working experience: experience on handling shipping documents and procedure etc, for EU and USA.
• Other requirements: good communication skill with vendors and forwarder responsible, independent,
  hard working, well organized - good command of spoken and written English
