Review and accountable for the quality of deliverables on HR system customization, maintenance, upgrading and vendor management in close collaboration with all involved parties.
？Supervise HR data management function to ensure the accurate and quality data to serve HR department.
？Ensure the systems smoothly working to support the HR services. The systems will include recruiting, training, compensation and benefits administration, performance management etc.
？Responsibility will include but not limit to: system interface maintenance and trouble-shooting; issue solving on daily basis; change management; reporting and user maintenance; etc.

University degree in computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus
？Min. 3 years proven working experience in IT or HR environment. Good knowledge of system support incl. change request management, issue
