高级财务分析员将作为部门成员为上海迪士尼度假区做出贡献
The Senior Financial Analyst will work as part of a team supporting the Shanghai Disney Resort (SHDR) by performing financial planning activities
主要职责Key Responsibilities
财务分析
? 完成月度资金预测和分析
? 确保财年预算/长期预算/运营预算的准确性
? 评估内部各部门提供数据的合理性
? 准备差异性分析报告供管理层审阅
? 协助搭建财务模型并根据需要进行改进
? 根据需要完成其他工作
合作关系
? 与内部各部门合作以完成资金预测和分析
? 支持与股东沟通资金情况的工作

Financial Planning & Analysis
? Conduct monthly cash forecast analyses
? Perform AOP/LTP/AOB cash forecasts and ensure accuracy
? Validate the quality of various inputs from internal stakeholders
? Be responsible for variance explanation to support management review
? Maintain and develop financial models to support business needs
? Ad hoc assignment as needed
Partnership
? Partner with internal stakeholders on liquidity analyses
? Support shareholders communication for liquidity analysis

资格要求Required Qualifications
? 三到五年以上财务分析/战略计划相关工作经验，咨询公司/零售/快消/娱乐行业背景
? 大学本科/硕士研究生，财务、会计或商务分析专业方向
? 责任心强，能同时处理多项工作，并在最后期限内完成高质量的工作
? 熟练掌握量性分析，判断思维和财务建模
? 诚信正直，责任感突出
? 能够适应快节奏、和多样化的业务模式
? 积极主动，充满自信
? 团队合作精神，专注细节
? 能熟练运用Excel、PPT、Outlook
? 熟练运用中英文进行口头和书面沟通

? 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience supporting financial/business analysis, strategic planning related functions in consulting firm/retail/FMCG/entertainment industry
? Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant analytical business degree
? Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
? Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, critical thinking and financial modeling
? High integrity and commitment
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
? Highly motivated, self-starter, confident
? Demonstrated strong partnering skills and detail-oriented
? Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
