职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
-Administers systems, especially installation, configuration, changes, second level support, error correction, release changes
-Supports the concept development and realization of system architecture
-Supports the analysis, evaluation and support of the selection of system software and tools
-Communicates with the customer in coordination with the person responsible for the product or the department manager
-Conducts integration tests
-Administrates system interfaces
-Executes 2nd level support services
-Reports on quality and availability (KPIs)
-Supervises the SLAs and reports on the SLA; drives the escalation process
-Documents systems and system changes, clarifies system changes and communicates them to the IT organization
-Inspects systems regularly, especially the evaluation regarding critical events, availability, performance and the utilization of systems and conducts capacity plans
-Rollout global projects
-Manage regional projects(e.g. new plant IT infrastructure setup) and reports status timely
-Closer communication with Production of each plants, conduct Production IT Evaluation and drive following processes
-Assists in the budget planning

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
-At least 5 year’s working experience on IT related working experience;
-Must be customer-oriented in working with internal customers and end-users of the company’s computer system;
-Familiar with computer network system, hardware and software. Holding MSCE or CCNP is preferred;
-Familiar with Windows Server, AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO;
-Familiar with Switch, Router, Firewall, WLC;
-Familiar with production line, Profinet cabling is preferred;
-Familiar with Win 7, Win10, Redhat Linux Desktop and SQL database;
-Good MS office skills;
-Fluent speaking, reading, and written English is preferred;
-Good communication skill with different functions & levels;
-Willing to travel;
