岗位职责：
1、完善公司人事各项制度和流程，参与公司人事规章和政策的制订；
2、组织实施招聘计划，执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程；
3、组织并协助各部门建立和完善后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；
4、协助进行劳动合同管理（签署、调整、延长、终止）、员工人事信息管理与员工档案的维护及培训等工作；
5、协助完成员工绩效管理（考核、激励）、员工关系、企业文化建设等工作；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

任职资格：
1、人力资源或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、有相关人力资源工作经验优先考虑（招聘、培训方面尤佳）；
3、熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策；

4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，责任心强，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神；
5、具有优秀的中英文书面、口头表达能力，沟通领悟能力强，能承受一定的工作压力；

6、熟练使用相关办公软件，具备基本的网络知识。

Loudon Far East (LFE) is a China based contract research company for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and other healthcare companies. Shanghai Loudon Marketing Consultant Ltd. Co. is a fully owned subsidiary of LFE in China with a unique status: it is a wholly foreign owned legal entity. LFE provides clinical research (CRO), medical marketing services and marketing research. Our offices are located in Shanghai, Beijing, & Guangzhou, with access to China main cities.

Loudon Far East China has accumulated a broad experience in conducting marketing research in China for the pharmaceutical and health care industry. Most employees have a strong medical / clinical background and experience in marketing departments of multinational pharmaceutical companies.

LFE has also established a strong data management and statistical analysis group for both the marketing research and clinical research services in Shanghai, which includes an IT engineer, experience edit and coding people and data managers with medical background.
