Job Summary
To develop, maintain and implement a competitive and equitable rewards system through market information comparison and best practice research on attraction, retention and motivation strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and implement a competitive and equitable rewards system through market information comparison and best practices research on attraction, retention and motivation strategies;
- Organize performance management process and monitor implementation, and provide information and suggestions to design and adjust HR strategies based on performance result and trend;
- Be responsible for designing and proposing local HR programs for approval and monitor the following implementation;
- Build and lead special performance & rewards projects within HR or across functions if necessary;
- Coordinate the annual performance review process, ensuring conform to China policy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field;
- 5+ years related experience in a in sizable multi-national corporations;
- Proven ability on implementation of programs or initiatives;
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse people;
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel; PowerPoint; etc.);
- Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
- Self motivated, Influencing others, energetic, Mature, Initiative, Result Oriented, Dedicated to work, Team Player
