Job Description:

Be responsible for the preparation of the recombinant proteins using E.coli expression system;
Be responsible for compiling the experimental data, summarizing the experimental results, and submitting the work report regularly;
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving SOP of E.coli expression system;
In charge of routine management and maintenance of molecular biology laboratory;
Cooperate with colleagues to accomplish other R&D duties.

Requirements:

Bachelor with 3+ years experience or Master Degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology related Life Science field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
2+ years experience in preparation of recombinant proteins using E.coli expression system;
Be able to complete the operations from construction of expression vector to purification of recombinant proteins independently, and be familiar with techniques of recombinant protein isolation and purification and possesses rich hands-on experience;
Good reading and writing skills in English and good teamwork spirit with other colleagues.

能独立完成从表达载体构建到重组蛋白纯化的一系列操作，熟悉各种蛋白分离纯化的技术并具有丰富的蛋白分离纯化经验；
良好的英语阅读和写作能力，良好的团队合作精神。
