Duties and responsibilities 职责和责任
Keep up to date with product information
产品信息更新
Support sales team by creating quotations, presentations and other documents
通过创建报价，报告和其他文件支持销售团队
Ensure the correct products and services are quoted and delivered to customers in a timely manner
确保向客户及时报出和发出正确的产品和服务
Support warehouse during shipment arrival
协助仓库进行货物装运
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using specified KPIs (for example: sales forecast plan, customer satisfaction level, etc.)
使用指定的绩效考核系统定期的准备内外部相关的进展报告和预测报告（例如：销售预测计划，客户满意度调查等）
Maintain and expand database of prospects in CRM system
客户满意度系统的数据维护和更新
Organization of exhibition and other marketing related events and tasks
展会，其它市场相关的活动和事务的组织
Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures
根据公司流程处理文件和所有相关的文件或报告
Collect and document competitive intelligence
搜集和记录竞争情报
Support marketing activities and other tasks assigned related to rotary table business
市场活动支持，其他与旋转平台业务相关的工作任务

Qualifications include 资质包含:
Fresh graduate is welcomed in the major of mould, mechanics or administration.
应届毕业生，主修模具，机械或行政专业
Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
普通话精通，娴熟的英文写作和沟通能力
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际关系技能
Customer service focus
客户服务为重点
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Very good administration skills
