Senior Design Researcher
WORRELL Design (Shanghai) Ltd. has an immediate opening for a Senior Design Researcher to join our dynamic and growing team. The candidate has a minimum of 8 years conducting in-field research and leading analysis/synthesis.

WORRELL's approach to research is qualitative in nature. We predominantly use Ethnographic methods to discover system, stakeholder and design actionable insights that will guide strategy, design and implementation. The ideal candidate for this position is personable, a good listener, a keen observer of their surroundings and is passionate about uncovering WHY people do or say what they do. This person is efficient and can spot patterns and trends in the data long before others and knows how to sift though the noise in order to pull out the most important details. The candidate must also have the ability to create visually engaging presentations that tell stories highlighting the most important and actionable information.

Requirements are as follows:
? 8+ years of professional experience in design research, ethnographic research and analysis/synthesis methods.
? Demonstrated ability to plan and lead small project teams (2-5 people)
? Some healthcare project related experience
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin and English)
? Strong presentation ability (visual and oral)
? Excellent organizational skills (project planning & execution)
? Effective and efficient in visual communication through various 2D/3D media
? Excellent time management (you work smart & efficiently and know how to prioritize)
? Good team player with strong character traits (honest, loyal, passionate, committed)

Bonus Skills/Experience:
? Clinical healthcare experience
? UX/UI design experience
? Industrial Design experience
? International study/work experience
? Additional languages
